Our Programs

Training assessment

Introduction to our programs.

$100/1 Hour

Our Training Assessment is to evaluate your dog and create a personalized training plan. This session allows us to see your dog in a real-world environment with natural distractions such as people, other dogs, and movement — perfect for understanding leash behavior, reactivity, obedience, and overall engagement.

During the assessment, we will:

  • Observe leash manners, engagement, and behavior around distractions

  • Identify what’s working, what’s not, and why

  • Go over training tools and handling techniques

  • Set clear, realistic goals based on your dog’s needs

  • Build a step-by-step action plan for private sessions or board and train

You’ll leave with:

  • A clear understanding of your dog’s behavior

  • Immediate training recommendations you can start using right away

  • Guidance on which training program is the best fit

  • Honest expectations for progress and outcomes

Board & Train

Fast-track results while we do the heavy lifting.

Your dog stays with us for an immersive training experience that builds new habits, solid obedience and off-leash reliability. You’ll receive regular updates, and when it’s time to go home, we’ll guide you step-by-step to keep the progress going.

Best for:

  • Busy owners with limited time for daily reps

  • Dogs with reactivity, manners issues or behavior challenges

  • Owners seeking reliable off-leash control

  • 2–8 Week Puppy Board & Train Program (8–26 Weeks Old)

Our Puppy Board & Train Program is designed to build a strong foundation of essential obedience skills, confidence, and proper manners during your puppy’s most important developmental stages. Program length is fully customizable from 2–8 weeks depending on your puppy’s age, goals, and training needs.

Training focuses on introducing and reinforcing the following commands:

    Come
    Intro to Heel
    Sit
    Place
    Intro to Loose Leash Walking
    Down

Your puppy will stay with us full-time throughout the duration of the program to allow for consistency, structure, and clear communication during the learning process.

Throughout the program, your puppy will be exposed to a variety of environments to help build:

    Confidence
    Adaptability
    Engagement
Neutrality around people, dogs, and distractions

Puppies will also begin learning to associate a verbal “No” marker for unwanted behaviors and develop a clear understanding of structure and expectations.

In addition to obedience training, we introduce and reinforce:

    Potty training
    House manners
    Impulse control
    Crate training
    Calmness & “off-switch” development

To help keep owners involved throughout the process, one virtual coaching call is included each week to review progress updates, discuss training feedback, answer questions, and help prepare you for maintaining your puppy’s training at home.

  • 3–8 Week Adult Board & Train Program

Our Adult Board & Train Program is designed to teach and reinforce essential obedience skills for dogs who need a structured, immersive training experience. This program focuses on building clear communication, reliability, engagement, and proper behavior in real-world environments while creating a strong foundation between dog and owner.

Training focuses on introducing and reinforcing the following commands:

    Come
    Sit
    Place
    Heel
    Door Manners
    Down

Dogs are exposed to a variety of environments throughout the program to help build:

    Confidence
    Adaptability
    Neutrality around distractions
    Reliable obedience in real-world settings

This program also includes a structured introduction to e-collar training to support clear communication and improve reliability, particularly for off-leash obedience and recall. The e-collar is introduced properly and conditioned at low levels to ensure the dog fully understands the guidance.

Owners can choose between two program formats depending on their goals and lifestyle:

    Monday–Friday Program

Dogs attend training Monday through Friday each week and return home on weekends. This option allows dogs to receive consistent, structured training while still practicing transition skills within the home environment.

Each Friday includes a transition session where we:

    Review your dog’s progress
    Demonstrate training techniques
Coach you on how to maintain consistency at home
    Answer questions and troubleshoot challenges

This format helps bridge the gap between professional training and daily life while keeping owners actively involved throughout the process.

    Full Immersion Program

Dogs stay with us full-time throughout the duration of the program for maximum consistency, structure, and training repetition.

Owners will join for at least one outing or hands-on training session during the program to observe the training process, learn how the skills are being applied in real-world environments, and better prepare for a successful transition home.

HAPPY CLIENTS

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Sarah Draycott to train my beagle puppy, Shiloh, all the way up to service dog level.

Beagles can be a challenging breed to train, but Sarah guided us through some of the toughest puppy stages with patience, understanding, and genuine care. What stood out most was her willingness to go above and beyond. If I was struggling, she never hesitated to help.

Whether it was loaning me training equipment, bringing extra treats, answering calls/texts, or even staying after a session to address my concerns. Shiloh absolutely loved his training time with her, and it was clear how much love and care she put into every interaction. Sarah was not only an incredible trainer for my dog but also a great support for me as an owner. Even if Shiloh wasn’t feeling well, I could always count on a quick and thoughtful response from her.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with Sarah and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled trainer. Thank you, Sarah, for everything you’ve done for us
